Do you guarantee that my visa will be approved?
No. Decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs and other authorities. We assess your case honestly, prepare it thoroughly and tell you about any risks before you commit.
Does 100 points guarantee a work visa?
No. The points notice says every other prescribed requirement still applies, and the decision rests with the Department of Home Affairs.
Do I need a job offer for a Critical Skills Work Visa?
Yes. The Critical Skills List itself notes that this is not a work-seeker's visa, so a job offer from a verifiable employer is needed.
Can you help if I am already in South Africa?
Often, yes. Some visas can be applied for or renewed from inside South Africa and others must be lodged at a mission abroad. We confirm which applies to you.
Do I have to book a consultation to get started?
No. Start with one of our online assessments. You receive a detailed report, and a practitioner can review and approve it without a separate consultation.
Do you help with the UK, Europe, the UAE or the Americas?
Yes. Where a country regulates immigration advice, that advice is given by an appropriately authorised adviser, and we tell you who that is at the start. See other destinations.

Want an adviser to check your route?
Tell us where you are and where you want to be. We will tell you honestly what is possible.
