What we collect
Through the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if given, and what you tell us about your situation. Through our online assessments: the answers you enter, which stay in your browser unless you choose to send us your report.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and, if you instruct us, to act on your matter. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Our website and some systems are hosted by providers outside South Africa. We only use providers bound by agreements that give your information protection comparable to POPIA, as section 72 requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become matters are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and object to its use. Email info@veritasemigrate.com. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
